I had purchased items worth Rs 1013 from Nutron Mart on 1st April 2022 with order no 812-WG and got sms which is as follows: Hi, Order 812-WG at Nutronmart is ORDERED. Track : https://d.bik.ai/p/NZTQ
I also told to refund but not yet done and they just were telling to refund in 2 days or again 2 days but till date not yet refunded. In the what's app no as customer care number I am in long chat with them but they just passed the time but still not yet refunded.
I have paid through online method for which i am asking for my hard earned money with interest. They have harassed me for a month and still am struggling to get my money back.
Request for your intervention and also to get my amount refunded with interest as soon as possible. The order no has also been mentioned with the items and qty. Attachment is also there as a proof for it.
If required I can also submit the what's app chat with you which had been done for a long time means for a month or so and they promised but not fulfilled and now no response for some time.
So I want to lodge a strong complaint against the company and wanted my money at any cost.
