Bikayi.com: Refund Of Damaged/Missing Items Not Received After Continuous Follow-Up; Nursery

I had purchased some plants for the website https://bikayi.com/plantzone,in for which the payment was done online and upfront. Payment was done for three more plants separately by speaking to their team on WhatsApp.

They informed that two out of those three plants were out of stock so they will refund the amount for two plants which is not received even after constant follow up.

On receiving the package and opening it, I discovered that the 6 out of 8 plants were of poor, unhealthy quality. I called on their numbers and informed the same. Their numbers are +[Protected], +[Protected].

They asked to send a video and photos for the same so I did that. However, they didn't not bother that the plants were very poor quality and insisted that plants will grow.

The amount paid for these plants was ranging between 85-120rs in which they sent only a stick of plant that too was bare-rooted (unpotted plants which can lead to their death due to unavailability of soil).

They informed that only 2 our of 6 poor quality plants will be refunded and the rest will grow. Today is almost a week after I've been continuously following up but received no response from them.

I need refund for these 5 plants yet they are refusing to pick up my calls or reply on their WhatsApp service.

Agavoides Rubra - Rs.85 (damaged)
Echeveria Lilacene - Rs.85 (not available)
Echeveria Agavoides 'Romeo Rubin' - Rs.97 (not available)
Total refund to be received = Rs.507

Request your help. Attaching the invoice of 8 plants, screenshot of WhatsApp chats and payment of additional 3 plants mentioned above.
