I bought a noise watch worth 3000 on April 9 2021 and i stopped working in the warranty period itself so i filed a complaint on 4 April 2022 and the company took the defective product away and get me a new product in place of the old one.
But the new product which they have given me is defective as the strap in the watch is broken i have also tried to contact to the company but they are not helping me or replacing or refunding me.
