I had ordered a Bluetooth earphones headset from gonoise.in on 27aug which was delivered on Saturday of first week of September and found used with Broken seal and not supporting the Bluetooth.

I called on the query no mentioned on the box but the response was to call on office hours by computer call again I called on Sunday but same response then I raised a query on contact us portal later a mail received from them to raise complaint.

I raised complaint about my issue but now they revert ed back that I should raise the complaint within 24 hours, Sir please help me to know how can I contact if the fault the them also help to resolve the matter soon as possible.
