I have cancelled admission for Reg no: 0[Protected]citing health reasons and wish to inform you that the form has been successfully submitted. However, there is a discrepancy in the amount to be refunded as during the counselling I was promised a refund of 10,000 Rs in case of cancellation by Swathi from your institution. But in the refund received I see there is a deduction of Rs 5000. I was told there will be only one deduction which is the registration fee of Rs. 1500 from the total amount of 11500 paid during registration. This was not communicated to me that there would be any deductions and i request you to honor the words of your counsellor and issue a full refund of Rs 5000 (Balance) at the earliest. I have submitted the form and request this to be expedited. I have already waited almost a month for the form and do not wish to wait longer for the remaining refund . Hence requesting the sum of 5000 to be refunded to my original mode of payment.
