This is with refrence to deficiency in services of new star service provider. I found there number through internet and gave a call for dysfunction of refrigerator. Two attendants visited our place and rectified the defect on 29.8.22.(Bill enclosed).
They P.C.V. wofth Rs 5500 and service charges of 350. Total of 5850.
Even after that refrigeration is not done properly. I have made numerous reminder calls but nobody responded. They kept on procrastinating the visit. No postivite response is received even after 10 days.
