I have shifted to a nestaway rented property on 28th of June. As committed the house should have been done maintenance before move-in but after I moved in it was painted after 10days.
Before move-in I have been informed that only I need to bear the electricity charges which I can pay online. Even while moving in none of the executive were available to handover the keys. The maintenance was not at all done.
Just I moved in like the house was done general cleaning. After two months today there is a disconnection in electricity. Nestaway property manager not at responding calls and the one responding keep on committing timelines 10min, 5min like that. Really required the help.
Today only I came to know that there was water over due of 37000/- which both owner as well as the third party nestaway is escaping to respond. Even I have not been given my sub meter account no.
Resulting disconnection. Even water motor also disconnected. Pathetic service from this company. There are n no. Of complaints on social media about it but no one is taking any step to solve the same.
As a tenant I being cheated again and again by their false commitments. I want my refund back with compensation of telling lies on every path.
