I'm from Mohali I ordered a 8 pieces of dinner set from this online shopping store . It can on time but the product was not in a good quality .. I called the naaptol service centre and asked to return it and refund the money as I don't like the quality of the product .they took the product but didn't return the money ..

They told me u can buy it in future if u want we can give u the 999 voucher ... But when I ask them "I need to order this and apply my coupon they say ma'am u need to buy under 999 range category product not more or less than that". Now they are saying my voucher is invalid n not returning my money ...
