I have purchased 10 bedsheets and 15 pillow cover on 07.09.21 through order no.[Protected]. After washing 5 pillow covers, it is found that one pillow cover was damaged. I made a complaint on naptol on 08.09.21. One executive called me and they agreed to replace the product.
But another executive told that they will not replace the product because I have washed it. The complaint number is [Protected]. The next day also i have contacted naaptol authorities, and they are not ready to replace the item or reimburse the money. Still the issue is not resolved. I humbly request to resolve the issue.
