Worst support. I paid the payment my order no is Order #NE-331001, they will never respond and reply to messages or mails. Product was not delivered till not it's almost 3weeks

I ordered 2 tshirts on 4 april but havent got any delivery update. Its a prepaid order. When i commented on their instagram page then they deleted my comment. I mailed them but no response. I sent dm but still no response. They are scamming. I paid around 2300 ruppees

I have ordered a tee form naasi empire but due to quality issue I returned that tee but they didn’t refund my money neither giving me reply on whatsapp

I placed almost 5 orders from Naasi Empire, the most interesting part of their brand is the fabric they provided and the quality at a reasonable price .i really like the brand and all their designs are unique . Keep going guys and waiting for more dope collections in feature

I have ordered 2 and half months back but they didn't deliver yet , i tried reaching them with different sources but they are not responding nor replying back.. they are just fooling people through social media platforms by saying COD is not available!!

The same thing happened to me, it's been more then 20 days since i paid them for the merchandise, i never received the merchandise and nor they are replying to me on watsapp! They are low life scammers!
