Refusal About Payment Received

I had paid Rs.138.00 against my order booking after getting OTP from Naaptol. As per message received from PayU said payment is received by Nita Ben Manoj Kumar Hirani. Naaptol is refusing in this regards.
Neither I have received any delivery nor refund of payment. I have ordered on 28/03/2022 for a tower fan costing by them Rs 138.00 and I paid the same using my Union Bank's Debit card.
After getting OTP from Naaptol I paid the said amount. After deducting my account I received an SMS from PayU that the amount is received by Nita Ben Manoj Kumar Hirani.
As above all I have not yet received any delivery nor any refund from them. Kindly Please look into the matter and provide me my Rs.138.00 refund. Thanks.
