Naaptol: Delivery of Damaged Product & Not Replacing it, naaptol.com

I recently ordered a Juicer worth rupees 700 including delivery charges from Naaptol and when it was delivered I found that it was broken. I called them for the replacement of that product but they refused and said repair it with a fewiquik.

And when I am calling them again and again they are asking that first return the damaged product and then order another product from our website which is more costly and in that you will get a discount of rupees 700.

They are doing nothing but only cheating the consumer and are eating money. I request you to help me, I will be thankful to you and the lady whom I called said that it will not be replaced and you can do whatever you want to.

Their executives were very rude and they are saying first return the product and they gave me a code for discount voucher and when I tried to use that it is showing that the voucher is not redeemed. I want to tell you that they are fooling me from last two days.

And the products they were showing on tv were very well designed and the product which they gave me was of inferior plastic and was of inferior quality.

My name is Shivam Patel and my order number was [Protected]. And the name of the product was Royal chef fruit Juicer. Help me as soon as possible so that I can get a new product if better quality and promised standards.
