This is to bring to your attention that I ordered an item using MyPustak.in website on September 22,2021. They provide used books for free and charge only for shipping. My order status shows failed however payment has already been made. I ordered a Family Law book by Paras Diwan, the shipping and handling charges for which stood 106/-.

I received no response whilst I tried reaching through WhatsApp or Phone call, they ain't replying to my mail either. Please resolve this issue. Either the book gets delivered or they refund the amount.
