Regarding my order delivery

I ordered personalised cushion.also had sent the photo to be printed on it on the email address mentioned by them.now neither my photo is getting delivered to the email not their app is working so that I can contact them .I want my money to be refunded .also the app is not opening so that I can track my order whether it will get delivery veered.
