The driving class charged me 5000 rupees for taking classes. (2500 for driving + 2500 for license). I don't have a permanent address in the current city I'm staying in, so it's difficult for me to get a driving license. I have tried all the possible ways to change my address but it's not possible.
If I'm asking the person in charge of the classes for refund, he's not doing it. For making a driving license, we have to register ourselves but that person has not even registered my name.
