I was checking this app for the loan amount I can be approved was 7000 with the extra charges of 450 for 7 days and now this app asked me to pay 2500 rupees extra and the amount credited on my account is just 4900. Also, I was supposed to get a call from there executive before getting the amount credited to my account however, they credited the amount instantly and they charged extra 2500 which is totally unbelievable and un acceptable. Please help as I have also checked the app reviews on Google Play Store and I was shocked to see that many customers was harrassed by this app. I contacted the app customer support team and the way they treated was terrible, they said you have to pay this amount otherwise our rerecovery team will kill you. I told them that I'll pay the amount that was credited to my account by you guys or I'll pay the amount that was offered to me while applying for the loan with the extra charge of 450 for 7 days. However, they said you have to make a payment of 7450 within 7 days from today otherwise our recovery team will take some actions and you will be in trouble. The amount credited to my account was 4900 not the amount mentioned on the app while applying for a loan. Please help me in this as I already contacted my SBI bank support team and they said they can't do anything. Please help as I am being harrassed and the person from their support team said that their recovery team will kill me.
