I tried to recharge my mobile number [Protected]with 15 rupees by redeeming 60 flipkart supercoin on Mobikwik ...but recharge not done and coin deducted from my flipkart account. I would request you to please look into this matter and kindly either return my flipkart supercoins or get my recharge done.
There is no option for me to use my redeemed supercoins by using any code given by Mobikwik...but simply it deducted flipkart coins and did not respond anything whatever recharge will be done or not. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible because I don't have money to get my recharge done.

As the complain should be at least in 200 words according to your policy...so I'm stretching my complain un necessarily because I've already explained my problem and now I don't know what to say more to complete 200 words so I'm just writing to complete it.
This condition that the complain should be at least in 200 words is I thing very unprofessional because a complain should be at least maximum 50 words and not 200 words . Every complainant will be confused that what shoul I write in 200 words for just a small problem.
