Hello Madam/Sir,
This is my complaint against Miraj Cinemas located in Ulhasnagar-3. I visited the Cinemas yesterday with my wife and i noticed the following details. The Cinemas do not provide receipt for the food that people purchase, they only do when people ask for it.
They became very rude when I asked for it. This is a very big Tax Evasion done by them as many people visit the Cinemas and order food. Also they do not follow any COVID protocols like thermal screening of people before entering the premises, use of gloves by staff members or sanitising the place on regular basis.
They even sell stale food for such high expense, don't even display the timing as to when the food is prepared. There is no quality control over the food. It is my request to you to please look into this matter and take action against Miraj cinemas for not providing receipts to the customers leading to tax Evasion and not having any quality control on the food which they sell.
Outside food is not allowed in Cinema halls but they also need to ensure that the food they provide abides the Food and Safety regulations given by the government. Thank you.
