Bought red lehenga from Mira fashion house for Eid on April 27 through Instagram chat and the person was in very hurry and keep on asking for shipping details and payment to buy without giving me proper product details.
And I bought with a trust and disappointed after receiving courier as the lehenga completely mismatching from the picture they showed from their catalogue so asked for return or replace but no response initially.
Later refused to return or replace stating they sent the lehenga which is exactly in the online catalogue. He is completely denying even when I shared the lehenga which I received with the lehenga they showed while selling from the catalogue.
I am helpless and feel to throw the dress in trash Waste of 2250 INR. The person who sold the dress getting shipping details and once order placed she completely stopped responding.
And no other way to reach them except their phone number mentioned in courier which is [Protected].. if i call this person he is saying exchange refused from their ware house and not possible to return or exchange even if i received completely different lehenga from the catalogue lehenga..
