I am Pushkar Pandey from Lalganj Akhara Pratapgarh Uttar Pradesh. Milk is considered as one of the basic necessity of every household. But every shopkeeper of my locality charge more money than MRP in name of cooling and electricity charges. When someone raises voice against it they immediately start giving their pity excuses and sometimes start quarelling and verbally abuse the customer. The recent event is of today itself. I went to BALAJI BAKERS & GENERAL KINARA STORE to purchase a packet of milk. As usual I said to the owner for the inappropriate charge of the milk. He started giving his logic and I resisted to ny rights. Listening to the discussion his son cum goon came and started fighting verbally and went on to abusive stage as well. This is customer rights violation that one charges more than MRP over such basic need of household. No one could take on this issue because of ignorance about the cost or the usefulness of the product since Milk is to be consumed everyday. It becomes one of the main reason that one agrees to pay the cost more than MRP.
