I had a return scheduled for yesterday and when that delivery boy called me for the return pick up I gave him the product which was to be returned cause it was not the product which I have ordered. He received it but didn't gave me the OTP for it and when I asked him for it, he said he will call me and give it to me later.

He did called me later and gave me the OTP but he started saying abusing and saying things like "you people don't know that you can't return a product like this, do you have any knowledge about it. I will not pick up any products from now on for return. Who told you to do so??? Did you called the company and all".

So, I did got the refund amount but I'm complaining cause it's their job to pick up the return product or to deliver a product but they can't talk with the customer like that. I want some actions to be taken about him.
