MakeMyTrip: Worst Service

I was travel from Ajmer to Ahmedabad with my wife. I was booked my ticket online through makemytrip. I paid 3384 Rs for 2 bus tickets. Bus arrival time given is 10.45. Bus reach at Ajmer 11.45. When bus arrive at ajmer we enter in bus.

There is no place for walk. All foot place without booking passenger sleeping and seat. Me and my wife feel very uncomfortable how to reach on our sheet because there is no place for walk.

After too hard struggle we reach our seat. But conductor already allotted our seat with 4 passenger. After some time we got our seat. AC 3rd class and too much suffocation in bus.

Driver stop bus any place to pick without ticket passengers for extra money. I already snap picture of bus foot place. Makemytrip given me option to select this bus gajraj travel.

It is very horrible journey for me and my wife after 3384 Rs paid. I suggest do not book any bus ticket with makemytrip. I call customer care makemytrip which one given his application.

But there is automode response. Sending one link and force me submit your complain. I have no option so i must be travel in this condition. Too much suffocation in bus. I was facing breathing problem.
