Deducted Amount In Flight Cancellation Due To COVID; SpiceJet

Date of booking - 03-Jan-2022
Date of cancellation - 07-Jan-2022
I booked flight ticket on 03-jan-2022 from Patna to Mumbai on MakemyTrip website, for spice jet airlines for 8th-jan-2022, which costs me 6112-INR. Being a responsible citizen.
I went for RTPCR test before travel as required by Maharashtra state government, but i found a positive report due to which i canceled my flight ticket on 7th-jan, reports are attached for reference.
At the time of cancellation it was mentioned that i will get full refund if canceled ticket due to COVID. But i received only 2013-INR in refund. So request you to take appropriate action so that i can get my full amount in refund.
