MakeMyTrip: Regarding Booking Cancellation By The Company

I booked flight from Chandigarh to Ahmedabad on 9 may 2022 and pay through my credit card, after some time i got e ticket through SMS and 5 min. later app. shows the notification that booking is not confirmed and my payment will be credited in the same payment mode within 2 days.

I wait for 3 days and booked flight through agent from outside and call to customer care Mr. vinay or vijay of Make my trip company for my payment status, as the said that my booking is confirm but due to technical issue or error the application show you the notification regarding booking not confirmation.

So there will be penalty that i have to pay for my booking cancellation. My concern is that if there is any network or other technical issue in their app. then the company have to beat all the loss because my plan was not changed rather i suffer for booking my flight from other agent.

At end i want all my 100% refund back and the penalty should be paid to airline by company. As i attached the screen shot of the application in which it is clearly shown that the date and time of screenshot taken for proof as booking not confirmed.
