Refund Of Air Ticket Is Not Given

I have booked an return ticket from Doha to kochi via Abudhabi with PNR NO: LQKQVV on 19th July 2022. While booking my layover time was just 2 hours and 40 mins. Later the airline changed the time and layover time became 12 hours. As I contacted the costumer care they informed me.
I am eligible for full refund. So I raised the refund request on 19th August 2022
MakeMyTrip team informed me that i will be getting the refund in a week. Later they informed me i will get the refund before 16th September.
Till date I didn't get my money back. Makemytrip team is putting the blame on airlines. And airlines on MakeMyTrip.
I lost 35258 rupees on this behalf.
