A REFUND WAS TO BE INITIATED ALMOST FIVE WEEKS BACK FOR RS 2082, YOU HAVE TO CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT ATLEAST 10 TIMES BEFORE THEY PICK UP, THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF TIME.
THEY FED YOU LIES ON THE PHONE THAT PLEASE WAIT 24 HOURS BUT NOTHING HAPPENS, I HAVE ALL THE REQUISITE MAILS THEY HAVE SENT ME AND THEY GIVE IRRELEVANT REASONS TO YOU , PLUS EVERYBODY THERE IS RUDE TO YOU.
THEY MAKE YOU FEEL BAD FOR WANTING TOUR OWN MONEY, THE HARASSMENT IS UNREAL, I HAVE CALLED THEM ALMOST 20 TIMES, EVERYDAY THERE IS A NEW EXECUTIVE WHO KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT THE CASE.
AND I HAVE TO EXPLAIN IT TO THEM EVERYTHING FROM THE BEGINNING WHICH MEANS THE ISSUE IS NEVER FOLLOWED, THEY JUST FEED YOU LIES THAT WAIT 24HOURS THAT WE WILL CALL YOU BACK BUT THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK.
I HAVE NEVER BEEN IRRITATED BY ANYBODY THIS MUCH AND THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AS IT GETS, A STRICT ACTION MUST BE TAKEN ON THESE PEOPLE WHO THINK THE CUSTOMER'S TIME MEANS NOTHING.
SUCH POOR CUSTOMER CARE SKILLS AND ALMOST LYING TO CUSTOMER EVERY DAMN TIME, THEY ARE THIEVES.
