Reply from jet resolution team: In reference to trail mail, Make My trip is the name of creditor is being shown in the creditor list. We had checked the claim filed by Make My trip and your tickets were claimed by them.

So kindly connect to your travel aggregator. There is no response from make my trip. Ticket cancelled before July 2019, so we should get 100%.

2. Unable to connect with make my trip even after writing/calls to senior management and customer care. Can you suggest alternate? Is there any contact where I can reach you since amount in dispute huge Rs.

Please revert in refund status .no every form customer care email. It is been 8 months. Jet claim team said that your agent has all the details for refund.
