My name is Saikat Halder s/o late Sunil Kumar Halder. Car loan was taken from mahindra finance Pvt Ltd against car number WB38AK5126 which belongs to my father after death of my father I paid total due amount against the car loan on 12th August 2021.

But still NOC is not given by the company and also they are not enlighten me about the NOC. I asked several time for the noc but they didn't entertained me. They charged me many fines for delaying installment payments previously.

Now I waited 20 days as said by the company employee who is dealing my case. I paid the total amount which was due and closed the loan. I paid the due amount in full on 12th August 2021, 26 days passed still they couldn't proceed my NOC for the car.

Now I want to charge fine against the company for delaying and not responding. please take the necessary action against the company for made me wait and also not giving me NOC on time. Details of the loan attached as jpg image file.
