Dear Sir , My name is Mahak Gangrade.I wanted a urgent loan of 2 lakh rupees.I saw a advertisement of Mahindra Finance. I talked to Mr. Sanjeev Kumar [Emploment Code: BHS8RY0356] . First , He said that deposit 1500 for registration of loan . then i asked to him that after that no money I have to pay .

He said , you have only send payment of ru.1500. I Paid ru. 1500 on 12 july 2021 at 03.56pm through Google pay .He said there are 3 day are required for processing after that 2 lakh amount will be in your registered Account No.

At Day 17 july 2021, He Called me that you have to pay ru 7500 for first 2 installment till 11.00am on 18/july/2021 . He said that there is scheme in which you have to pay 2 installment earlier for first 2 month of ru. 7500 after that within 1 hour your loan amount of 2 lakh ru in your account. At day 18 july 2021.

I asked 3 to 4 times that after that no money I have to pay, He said no you dont have to pay any amount after paying 7500ru. I paid ru. 7500 on 18 july 2021 at 10:52 am through Google pay. After 1 Hour I called him for loan amount , He said that loan is in processing.

There are so many application of loan amount which is go to the manager desk . Manager RajKumar Rawat see all the application and sign on it and you have loan amount in your account soon.I said ok . After 30 min. , Manager Raj kumar Rawat called me and said you have to pay ru.5230 for insurance .

He then said that if you have any health related issue in future so Mahindra bank receive money from insurance company. Then My father talked to him He then said same thing to my father then My father asked 4 to 5 times to Rajkumar Rawat Manager that after that no money we have to pay He said No. My father asked same question 4 to 5 times ,He replied No. I paid ru. 5230.

After that manager Raj kumar rawat called me and said , I sign on your file if you give me money of 3% of your loan amount (6000ru)I said , Sir I dont have money , I paid some amount from borrow to my friend and paid to you . We dont have any amount . He is keep saying all the time that if you pay.

Then I sign on your loan appproval.We said You dont say anything before regarding this amount we asked 3 to 4 times. He didnot hear anything from our side and continously say if you pay ru 3% (ru.6000)then I sign on your loan appproval.

I have all the record of telephonic conversation as well as all the data of his identity Please Help me to return my amount total tu.14230 Thank you.
