I have made an order from this website luxulo.in in December and the order was supposed to be received in 2-4 weeks. Now we are in May, it's been 6 months and the order didn't come.
I have asked for the refund and they said it's processed but they are lying and no refund was send to my bank account. The staff are rude, not replying to my emails neither my phone calls.
