I had paid 2000 INR to LivPure via UPI channel on 18-Oct-2021 to get a RO installed at my house in Bengaluru. I have been chasing them every 2(two) days since.
I even reluctantly agreed to installation of an inferior machine on 26-Oct-2021 but there has been no response after that. Livpure has not provided any updates. Every time I ask for an update they promise delivery in 48 hours.
I would like my money to be refunded with the relevant Bank interest for time period they are holding my money without any service.
