I purchased a product from LIDO in the month of September 21 with a course fees of Rs. 95, 000. I immediately cancelled the product because it was a complete waste.
I cancelled the course within 15 days as per the companies policies and guidelines. It's been 8 months now and I didn't get the refund from the organization yet. I am mentally and physically both harassed and tortured.

I have written this mail to inform you that I had taken a course from Lido Learning in the month of September. I immediately cancelled the loan from Lido Learning and also received the refund of the amount of Rs. 4750 which I paid as a down payment to Lido.
