I purchased a product from LIDO in the month of September 21 with a course fees of Rs. 95, 000. I immediately cancelled the product because it was a complete waste.

I cancelled the course within 15 days as per the companies policies and guidelines. It's been 8 months now and I didn't get the refund from the organization yet. I am mentally and physically both harassed and tortured.

I kindly request you to provide me the NOC certificate since I have already cancelled my loan in the month of October. I haven't received a cancellation mail till now from the institute and Propelld.

I kindly request you to close this loan as my money is still getting deducted from my account via the bank and I don't know whether this money will be refunded or not. I kindly request you to close this loan as soon as possible.
