LazyPay: Harassment By Continuous Calling

This is to bring to your notice that I and my family had booked a hotel Make My trip and the payment was to be routed through Lazypay. On reaching the hotel, I found that there was misrepresentation.

There was loud music played at the hotel room and some parties going on in the rooms. We could not stay at the hotel and the manager present said you can look for other hotel and the payment was not accepted till now.

And we left and stayed at a different hotel. The name of the hotel was Hotel Le Majestic, Chandigarh and booking Id- NH[Protected]AND REF ID 007871164. Now the Lazypay representatives are continuously calling.

And putting undue influence upon my wife to make the payment they are using abusive language on phone. Please look into it. This amount to harassment.
