In Navi Mumbai, a group of real estate investors are cheating people almost without any fear of law. They found out a shortcut to become rich overnight. Their modus operandi is simple.
They rent office spaces in a posh area. They decorate it with costly neat furniture and pictures of beautiful flats located in beautiful places giving the imposing impression to the potential victims that they are trustworthy awe-inspiring businessmen!
This is an ideal set up. Customers fall into traps and they are cheated. Such cheats are just too many in the NAVI Mumbai area. They are so sophisticated that among their victims, there are engineers, retired Govt. servants, businessmen etc etc. Finer point is that victims are not illiterate people only, experience and educated also!
I have personal experience because I have suffered myself. I was attracted to such a land seller by their deceiving impression and lost lifetime savings of 9.5 lakh rupees. Hero of this act is —-LANDSCAPE (ISO-9001:2008),

Actually the deal was done for a parcel of land in 2014 for Rs 9.5 lakh, and the land even was registered in my name but till today possession of the land has not been handed over to me.
Lots of effort to contact the seller has not been materialised . Later it came to my knowledge that the land was previously sold to others and then sold to us for the second time. Evidently there resulted a title- dispute in the land sold to us. Therefore for all practical purposes the land and the money has been lost.
In an organised state there should be institutions that can save these victims from such cheats. Yes we have police , Administration , and Justice Department , but they function in a complicated way that non-VIPs can not take the benefit. My point is not that these institutions do not function , rather my observation is that IF YOU ARE NOT A VIP UNDER THE SYSTEM you are not counted. Nobody have time to care if you live or die in this country of 135 crores with scanty resources.
These dishonest land sellers cannot function continuously without fear unless they are backed by powerful forces. They employ all sorts of dubious means.
Investigating Agencies like Central Bureau of Investigation or state agencies should take up these cases suo Moto and Launch drive to find out the dishonest real estate owners and punish them. MY QUESTION AT THE MOMENT IS, IS THERE ANY GOOD SAMARITAN WHO CAN HELP ME GET BACK MY HARD EARNED RUPEES 9.5 LAKH IN A DOABLE WAY?
