My name is Saranya and moved into Chandrappa house in the month of January 2019 and made a full advance payment Landlord Chandrappa and I vacated the house in March 2020. I gave him 3 months of notice period and when I vacated the house he was refusing to pay back the house advance amount. He promised that he will settle when I vacate the house, but later he asked for time and payed partial amount. He is now not answering my calls nor responding to my whatsapp messages. Whenever any of our family members go to check for him they talk rudely. He reads the message but doesn't reply. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
