Kwik Homez: Wrong item delivered

I have order a product and they have delivered me an other Please do help us to get back our refund We have initiated a mail for return but I don't have any trust on these people Please help us to get back our money Even though they give a product which is working also okay but I received a product which I not working This is cheating.

I ordered 3d alarm clock but i received lcd clock and i received wrong item .I am very disappointed order amount 999plz refund as soon as possible.
