Koko loan is fraud and they disbursed any loan without customer permission and after that they call to repay with highest interest rate i.e 2900 rupee disburse and repay 5000 rupee after that they harassing the customer and blackmailing.
And executive calls and abuse the peoples and if you can say to send agreement or sanction letter they can not send you and they called you only whatsapp not any legal number and they add penalty also on loan per day 400 rupee so please take action.
C pay is fraud they calls and told that your loan is approved rs 100000 rupee but you pay only 2998 rupee money for insurance and after pay for first 4992 rupee and after bank charges 4500 rupee after that agreement 4200 rupee.
After that gst 3999 rupee they totally fraud with customers so please be Aware and take action immediately please government take action because the many peoples are going for suicide please help all customers.

This is happening with me also i just installed the app and i uploaded the documents. Without my permission I got the loan amount in the app 8000 due was reflecting and I am receiving harassing call and text messages in whatsup.so kindly help me with this situation ...its a serious issue please take actions on this app..
Reply I have been offered to check eligibility for instant loan. I have checked only but they just credited 3480 into my account without any approval from my end and now they are asking for repayment of 6000. Otherwise they are saying to make roumers of fraud and chor like it. They not sending any legal statement or agreement to me. I have tried them to contact via call but the number has been picked by someone else. Who is not aware about it. Please report it as serious concern. same aese hi huva mere sath bhi ho reha hai

Sir maine 4000 ka loan liya tha mere paas koko customer care se call aaya ki aapne 4000 ka loan liya h aur aap payment kare maine kaha ki isme 6000 aa raha h to unhone kaha ki aap aaj hi payment kare to 4000 hi lagenge to Maine payment Kiya but abhi tak update nhi huaa plz help sir
same happened to me.Even without accepting agreement and telling tenure they disbursed an amount and telling me to repay 6000 rs in 6 days which is double the amount.This thing to be concern very seriously blackmailing people and cheating.
