I bought Komaki X1 from Bengal E-scooter (dealer of Komaki in Kolkata). The brand is a complete fraud. They claims in their brochure that the mileage for Lithium battery Komaki X1 is 75 km per charge whereas the actual mileage is not even 35 km per charge.
The product when sold to me from showroom was completely defective. I made them change the battery but even now the mileage is just 35 and is a complete wastage of money.
I will file a damage suit and will take legal actions against Komaki and its dealer. The manufacturer called me back after receiving a registered courier and mail explaining the harassment and unethical sale to me.
A female brand representative called from [Protected]and bullied/harassed us verbally for the complaint. Consequently we have no response from the brand or the dealer (Bengal e scooter) after selling me a DEFECTIVE ELECTRONIC BIKE for a cost of 52000/- .
The bike is completely unusable and a scrap bought by me for that amount of money.

Hi, i am the owner of komaki dt3000, bought this vehicle on april 2023 in hassan(karnataka), since i purchased this vehicle i have the concern that bike doesn't charge properly & brakes are not effective. I have reached to service center multiple times but very poor response/service, very disappointed, i did a mistake by buying this vehicle, there are good brands in the market. We are not driven the bike last one mont , komaki service centre person bring back the charger and yesterday return the charger ,and i removed seat cover and checked wires is burnt
Reply I bought renger bike from udaipur rajasthan in 2.4 lac .it's full money waste.its froud company and froud deller seller.its running only 40 km per charge instant of 250 km.even in 15 days it's going to spoil my life.now I am going to file a complaint to company and dealer to cheating and lotting my money
