Kemil Shop: Folding sofa not received

Ordered one folding sofa on 15/10/2022, paid Rs. 779 thru net banking. Till date no confirmation of order no, any communication recvd from them. It is a blind follow up. Could be fraud company. Govt. Please act and jail these guys, return my money.
