I am writing about the company called Kayanjali Chikankari which is a complete fraud. I had placed an order for two kurtis in February 2024 and I haven’t received them yet. I had asked them to refund money that they ain’t doing as well. They keep postponing the dispatch and also send fake messages that they have dispatched the order. Earlier they said that they would deliver the order in 15-20 business days and then they keep postponing it by giving lame excuses. Also they promise to be delivering the best and that’s all do nothing ahead. I didn’t receive any tracking details even after providing them the mail ID.

The company is a complete scam and fraud. Buyers please be aware about the sale as they loot money and don’t dispatch orders. They accept only prepaid orders and no cod. The customer care executives do not respond to the mail messages and calls. Even if they respond it’s rude and abusive language. The Instagram page is also fake. Kindly do not fall for such sale. Do not purchase and spread the word. I want my money back. I am sure there must be more people out there who must have lost money to this company.
