Kartavya Store: NO PRODUCT INFORMATION

I have ordered items worth Rs 549/- on 20th Nov 2022 from kartavya-store.myshopify.com and amount debited from my account but still I have not received any information regarding delivery of the items. Requesting you to kindly help in cancel my order and refund my money. Order ID- [Protected].
