I went to Kajaria galaxy a showroom for bathroom items in Topsia on 5 October 2021. I purchased some bathroom items, among all the item purchased I had doubt whether I will bought it or not regarding the purchase of one of the item.

The sales person told me that don't worry if you decide not to purchase I would return the money to you. So I made the payment in belief that even if I decide not to purchase I would get back my money.

Later on when I didn't purchased the item and asked for refund he said that the company doesn't allow us to refund the money. Instead of that you can purchase some other items.

At that time I decided it is ok I would bought some items if needed. But now it has been 7 months and I didn't feel any need of buying any item. Now I feel like I have been cheated.

First they told me money will be refunded and now they are not doing the same. And also limiting my freedom of buying from other shop where I can get the same item at a much affordable price.
