3) Full Decription of Complaint - The agent at Kaamwalibais.com promised to send profiles of full time bais from Konkan area as per our requirement. She was clearly interested in receiving one month's salary as charges (Rs. 18,880/-) for sending profiles and promised everything which I had asked for. After I paid the charges, the nightmare started.

Not a single profile sent was from Konkan area - they were all bais staying in Mumbai. I had specifically asked for an outstation bai from Konkan area considering the pandemic and didn't want that the bai would return to their homes every week / fortnight etc, which I had made it clear to them.

The worst experience was when the agent asked me where was Konkan area, which indicated that she was not even aware and had just made the tall promises to me to extract money.

Since, the profiles sent were not as per our requirement, we didn't hire anyone. On 1st November, I wrote an email to them asking them for refund as we no longer needed the bai, as my mother had come to stay with us with her maid and asked for a refund.

There was no response to my email. 1st Reminder sent on 8th November, to which response received was that they would revert with a solution. 2nd reminder sent on 26th November, for which they responded that refund would not be possible.

To which I sent my response on 1st December - No revert received from them since then. Desirable resolution of Complaint - Would request for refund of my money as service has not been given.
