K. C. Selection: Misleading of product and not delivered the product after payment

Dear Sir, I buy the product online on whats up group Direct brand corner and they said that after Payment they will courier the product.i paid online by net banking but after payment they were not answer about courier and tracking no. I have paid on 9 January now the date is 13 but there is no response about delivery.(pls find the attached document for reference). Kindly do needful as these person are breaking our faith and trust.
