i have my own shop name sree kugan gold loan located saidapet chennai. i used just dial service few years. from may 2020 i informed them that want to quit my service. there are no response. they still take amount 6100 per month in my indian bank account throught ecs.

I sent one mail to their mail id for stop service and return my advance amount. but they couldnt stop and debit every month in my account too. i dont know how i relieve. before 1 year i informed just dial. but till now they debit amount and some other hidden charges too.
