I purchased 3 bra from this site which is made on shopify. I had to pay around 1000 Rs for these bras. I waited for days for such bras to come but the material and the bra is completely different from the ones showed in photos.
The bra that the company sent could be of 100nra each. The bra was in sale and But the bra is extremely different from the photos. Its like I ordered a gown and got a skirt. No one will accept a wrong product even if purchased in sale.
Now, the company is not replying neither are they solving my issue. I want my refund and compensation as soon as possible. In the name of online services they are being fraud and cheating the customers which is completely unfair.
How will I ever be able to purchase anything online if such things keeps happening. I wanted such bras immediately as I wanted to buy these from a very long time.
The company is selling products every day but if it keeps doing this with everyone they will earn money at a very high margin by cheating on customers like myself. I don't want this to happen with anyone else and want my money back.

Wrong product delivered. No Idea, how to contact them for return the product. Number available in the internet is not working.
Jungle genie is a fraud company. Delivering wrong products. They do not have any contact. So do not order.

same with me.... I bought tummy tuker pants n delivered very chip quality product....i was surprised that they are using Amazon for delivery......what can I do to them... very helpless
