I had planned a trip to Vietnam. They had done mistake in my VISA application and i did not get permission to visit Vietnam. i had to wait in airport for one whole day and return back to India because of there mistake. Then they booked us tickets to Bangkok which was much cheaper than Vietnam. But we had to bear the VISA charges again for Thailand and they did not refund difference amount for Vietnam trip. Amit from journey routers was also not responding to my requests upon asking this. I had a very bad experience.

I was discussing my trip with them and their support person Ms. Ekta was trying to close the deal without any satisfactory answer and they turned their original face when I told them that I will not be going to book my travel with you because you are a scammer and then they started using slang language..
