I am customer of Jio, my number [Protected]. my sim is missing so I want same sim by replacing. I visited near Jio store they refuse to replace sim, actual I provide essential documents and I'm also present, provide bio-metric.

Jio store give me reason you’re aadhar birth date not match with their records. This number is my business number who is responsible for my economic loss.
