Jio: Refund Amount After Jio Fiber Cancellation Is Getting Delayed

Hi,
I booked jio fiber connection but due to wiring issue the connection didn't work after 4 days. They have the agreement that if i cancel the connection within month, then i will get the refund amount.

So i canceled the connection because of wiring issue on 19th April 2022, but still they are not collecting the router and not refunding the amount. Every day when i am calling customer care they are rescheduling the pickup and not coming on the said date and time.

This is happening from last 15 days.

Its been almost 20 days i am fallowing up on this ,but they are rescheduling the pick up date and time but they are not coming on the said date to pick the router. This is happening from last 20 days. It was having wiring issue and also they are not fixing the wiring issue also. the router is laying in my home from last 20 days. i used the connection hardly 4 days and after that its not working.
