I have ordered a saree , it looked really beautiful and pretty. and they have sent me fake product, its cheap and torn, but they are not accepting return, nor responding to mails, whatsapp or instagram, they are not answering calls. But reading all the messages. They are not refunding my money, i have also tried to comment on their post on Instagram, but they are not replying there too. They also have a return policy where in it says that if the product is damaged they will take a return. They are not answering the phone, its always busy or they are purposely not answering it.
I have been sending emails to them since i got the delivery but no response. Its of 1499 and it was a gift , however everything got ruined. I just need my money back. But I do not know how.

Its a fake site, fake people and fake products . I have attached pictures also but they are not helping me out. I do not know what to do.
Please help me out. I just want my money back as it is a huge amount. Its matter of 1499 rs. Please help me out.

Also when I asked them to take the delivery agent to take the.product back they did not take it.

And the email address of the site is a fake one. Its [PROTECTED]@gmail.com... Many people have complained about it.

There are bad reviews also. Most importantly if they could answer the phone then it would not be a problem.. but they are not even answering. What do i do?
